Welcome to Tropical Places

Tropical Places is a land development project consisting of 41 residential lots. It is located approximately two km from Concepcion, which is a twenty minute drive from David, Panama. The company is Canadian and Panamanian owned.

This project came together after much searching for the perfect (near) place. There were several requirements that had to be present for this development, including:

A society similar to the one that we are coming from.

A purchase system that is without risk.

A price point that is affordable to most Canadians.

Close to north American type amenities.

Roads, water, electricity etc. at the site.

To be very close to recreational sites.

To be a short drive into David on a good road.

To be a quick drive into Volcan or Boquete for golf courses.

Tropical Places has all of these assets.

Enjoy property in paradise

The area where Tropical Places is located is over 1000 ft. above sea level. Temperatures rise so that a short drive up towards Volcan or Boquete requires you to bring a jacket as it is quite cool. The elevation goes to 3,475 m - the dormant volcano called Volcan Baru. This region has many small farms producing much of the countries supply of carrots, lettuce, beans, potatoes, celery etc. Also fruits such as black berries, strawberries, raspberries etc. Cattle farming is important here as well. The coasts of course provide a huge variety of seafood.
